ARCONIA content is informational and describes capabilities, studies and contact methods. It does not replace project-specific review.
2. Visualizations and Portfolio
Renders, images and visualizations may be illustrative. The Portfolio must show each entry's actual status. SPACES Residence 01 is a conceptual design study and not built work.
3. No automatic offer
Information is not a quote, proposal, contract, permit, certification or guarantee of cost, timing or feasibility. A professional relationship arises through a separate formal agreement.
4. Permitting scope
ARCONIA does not present itself as a law firm and does not offer legal representation, notarial services or reserved legal advice. Permitting & Regulatory Coordination is limited to documentary and institutional coordination within the contracted scope.

Rights exist in the texts, images, renders, plans, wordmark and components. Clarification requests may be sent to ARCONIA through the published contact channel.
