Safety, peace and balance translated into space.

Concept design for a 50 × 40 m site. SPACES explores a contemporary tropical residence organized around a water courtyard, double-height volumes and a clear sequence from arrival to shelter and landscape. The case demonstrates how ARCONIA connects technical drawing, visualization and architectural narrative.
